While you are given the option of using one or the other product the official site suggests you use both products together. The monthly cost of the combined products runs over $90.00 making it quite expensive.

Ingredients:

The Embrace Breast Enhancement pills contain Saw Palmetto berry, fennel seed, Dong Quai, damiana, blessed thistle, dandelion root, watercress shoots and leaves, magnesium stearate, gelatin and silicon dioxide. The breast enhancement cream contains almost 30 ingredients including water, wild yam and glycerin.

While the Embrace website did give the ingredients these products contained, like many other breast enhancement pills and creams, they did not give any indication of the amount of any ingredient that went into the making of Embrace pills. This poses a problem for the consumer as it makes it impossible for them to tell if there is enough of any one herb to do what it is designed to do. This forces the consumer either to pass the product by or to purchase it to know if there is any possibility of it being effective. With so many breast enhancement products on the market, it would be wise for some of these product websites to give the potential customer enough actual information to make an informed decision.

How to use this product

The embrace pills are meant to be taken twice a day. When using the cream, you are to wet your breast and then massage a small amount of the cream into the breast and the surrounding area. The official site states that you see results in as little as 5 to 8 weeks, may gain up to two bra cup sizes and that the result are permanent. They then go on to state that due to aging and a host of other factors your breasts will lose some of the growth and firmness and recommend you continue taking a lesser amount of their product 3 times a week to maintain breast growth.

Does Embrace Actually Work

Outside of the testimonials on the official Embrace website, there were no reviews either stating that this product did or did not work. However, considering that their ingredients are pretty much the same as most other breast enhancement products, the lack of actual unbiased Embrace reviews and the suggestion for continued use of the product for maintenance purposes combined with the expense of this system. It might be better for anyone who really wants to see results in their breast size to try a product that has been proven to deliver.
